Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Gal Krubiner has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director since co-founding Pagaya in 2016. Mr. Krubiner brings extensive experience to the investments and wealth management industry with a specialization in innovative and sophisticated credit structured products. Prior to co-founding Pagaya, Mr. Krubiner focused on structuring and distributing sophisticated credit and asset-backed securities products with UBS AG, as well as holding other positions specializing in investment, entrepreneurism, and financial markets.
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Avital Pardo has served as Chief Technology Officer and a director of Pagaya since co-founding the company in 2016. Mr. Pardo was instrumental in designing Pagaya’s AI-based credit model and system. Prior to joining Pagaya, Mr. Pardo was one of the first employees at Fundbox and focused on the Algorithms.
Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer
Yahav Yulzari has served as Chief Revenue Officer and a director of Pagaya since co-founding the company in 2016. Mr. Yulzari oversees Pagaya’s growth and global commercial activities. He is a former real estate entrepreneur.
Ashok Vaswani has served as the President of Pagaya since June 2022. Mr. Vaswani is responsible for the commercial side of the business, including risk, regulatory, legal, and compliance. Prior to joining the Pagaya, he worked at Barclays as the Chief Digital Strategy Officer, focused on digitizing the UK Retail Bank. Prior to that, Mr. Vaswani held other positions at Barclays including the Chief Executive Officer of the Global Consumer and Payments business and positions in the Personal and Corporate Banking and Retail Banking groups. Mr. Vaswani also has a decade of experience working at Citigroup where he was the Chief Executive Officer of the Consumer Bank, Asia Pacific.
Chief Business Officer
Benjamin Blatt is responsible for the company's Capital Markets, Partnerships, Financial Operations and US Innovation lines. Mr. Blatt oversees Pagaya’s securitization programs; now totaling multiple billions of dollars. Previously, Mr. Blatt worked for a variety of financial services corporations including Capital One and Oppenheimer & Co.
Chief Growth Officer
Leslie Gillin oversees business development, partnerships, marketing, and leads growth for not just the company, but for all of its partners. Ms. Gillin has over 25 years of experience in senior executive leadership roles at Bank of America, Citi, and JP Morgan Chase, where she was most recently Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Firm. Ms. Gillin led Chase’s co-brand credit card business, which partnered with some of the most high profile brands to become the largest co-brand cards portfolio in the world.
Richmond Glasgow has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Pagaya since January 2021. Mr. Glasgow previously held the position of Head of Legal since May 2019. Mr. Glasgow is responsible for the legal and regulatory aspects of Pagaya’s business activities. Mr. Glasgow has over a decade of legal experience across North America, Asia and Australia, including over five years at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2013 to 2019. Mr. Glasgow earned a Bachelor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne. Mr. Glasgow also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of Melbourne.
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Kurlander has served as Chief Financial Officer of Pagaya since June 2021. Mr. Kurlander has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and is responsible for all financial functions. Prior to joining Pagaya, he worked at Citadel where he was a Managing Director, US Treasurer and Deputy Global Treasurer. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs where he was a Vice President in Accounting, Managing Director in Corporate Treasury and Global Operations, and most recently was the Chief Operating Officer of GS Bank USA.
Chief Investment Officer
Edward Mallon oversees Pagaya’s team of professionals responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments on behalf of Pagaya’s accounts and funds, and is responsible for expanding the Company’s US business. Previously, Mr. Mallon was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Fundamental Opportunistic Investment team within BlackRock's Global Fixed Income Group. Mr. Mallon was also a member of the Investment Committee for the Special Credit Opportunities' platform and co-chaired the Special Credit Opportunities Operational Oversight Committee.
Chief Operating Officer
Amol Naik supports Operations, Legal, Compliance & Risk by driving growth and risk management and controls. Mr. Naik joined the firm in July 2021 with over 20 years of experience at Goldman Sachs working several years as a Partner and operating within roles spanning across 3 different continents. Mr. Naik has a long track record of driving strategic change and leading build-out of business activities, including nurturing talent and developing leaders.
Chief People Officer
Tami Rosen oversees a global team focused on attracting, engaging, developing Pagaya’s most important asset – its people. Ms. Rosen has transformed the employee engagement model, with a focus on inclusion, leadership development and long-term growth from startups to Fortune 100 companies alike. She was an early advocate and changemaker, embracing the inclusion and growth of female, LGBT, and diverse populations, by launching Wall Street’s first Ally program. Ms. Rosen is a leader with 25 years of experience at Atlassian, Luminar Technologies, Apple, and Goldman Sachs.
