Gal Krubiner

Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Gal Krubiner has served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director since co-founding Pagaya in 2016. Mr. Krubiner brings extensive experience to the investments and wealth management industry with a specialization in innovative and sophisticated credit structured products. Prior to co-founding Pagaya, Mr. Krubiner focused on structuring and distributing sophisticated credit and asset-backed securities products with UBS AG, as well as holding other positions specializing in investment, entrepreneurism, and financial markets.

Avital Pardo

Co-Founder and Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Avital Pardo has served as Chief Technology Officer and a director of Pagaya since co-founding the company in 2016. Mr. Pardo was instrumental in designing Pagaya’s AI-based credit model and system. Prior to joining Pagaya, Mr. Pardo was one of the first employees at Fundbox and focused on the Algorithms.

Yahav Yulzari

Co-Founder and Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Yahav Yulzari has served as Chief Revenue Officer and a director of Pagaya since co-founding the company in 2016. Mr. Yulzari oversees Pagaya’s growth and global commercial activities. He is a former real estate entrepreneur.

Sanjiv Das

Co-Founder and President

Sanjiv has over 30 years of experience in financial services and joined Pagaya as President in 2023. In this role, he oversees the strategy and growth of the Company’s commercial business – including its single-family rental business and Darwin subsidiary. Prior to joining Pagaya, Sanjiv served as CEO of Caliber Home Loans, a NewRez-owned residential mortgage lending company. There, he delivered record year-over-year growth in the non-banking sector. Sanjiv has also held positions as CEO, President and Chairman of the Board for Citi's Mortgage Division, and as Head of all International Businesses at First Data, a KKR-owned company. He has also held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, American Express and Bank of America.

Tami Rosen

Board Member, Chief Development Officer, and Chair of Advisory Board

Tami Rosen has served as a Director, Chair of the Strategic Advisory Board, and Chief Development Officer since 2024. She has been bringing people and organizations to Pagaya since she joined 2021 as the Chief People Officer and the Company's first C-Suite Hire. Tami was instrumental in helping to scale Pagaya’s business, support M&A activities, and assist in its public offering. Prior to joining Pagaya, she served in C-suite executive roles at Apple, Goldman Sachs, Atlassian, and Luminar Technologies. She was an early advocate and changemaker in the industry, embracing the inclusion and growth of female, LGBT, and diverse populations, by launching Wall Street's first Ally program.

Meryem Erzi

Chief Compliance Officer

Meryem serves as the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of Pagaya, where she oversees the company's compliance framework, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, she brings deep experience in corporate and consumer compliance risk management and regulatory oversight. Meryem is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager, a testament to her extensive knowledge of compliance best practices. Before joining Pagaya, she spent 15 years at Bank of New York, where she held multiple senior leadership roles in Compliance. Most recently, she served as the Chief Consumer Compliance Officer, where she was responsible for enterprise-wide consumer compliance strategies, regulatory engagements, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Ralph L. Leung

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer

Ralph has over 25 years of leadership experience in technology, fintech and financial services companies and joined Pagaya as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer in 2024. Prior to joining Pagaya, Ralph was a four-time CFO at various venture capital or private equity-backed companies, most recently at Achieve, a leading private consumer fintech company focused on digital personal finance. There, he oversaw all aspects of the company’s finance and capital markets functions and helped reignite growth and profitability post-pandemic and drove the company’s multi-year digital transformation program. He was a former senior investment banker at Morgan Stanley advising technology and fintech clients on strategic M&A, equity and debt transactions.

Edward Mallon

Chief Investment Officer

Edward Mallon oversees Pagaya’s team of professionals responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing, and monitoring investments on behalf of Pagaya’s accounts and funds, and is responsible for expanding the Company’s US business. Previously, Mr. Mallon was a Managing Director and Portfolio Manager for the Fundamental Opportunistic Investment team within BlackRock's Global Fixed Income Group. Mr. Mallon was also a member of the Investment Committee for the Special Credit Opportunities' platform and co-chaired the Special Credit Opportunities Operational Oversight Committee.

Gaurav Nagla

Chief Product Officer

Gaurav Nagla serves as Chief Product Officer at Pagaya Technologies, overseeing product, engineering, and information security. With over 25 years of experience across fintech, SaaS, and banking, he brings deep expertise in building and scaling innovative, customer-first products. Prior to joining Pagaya, he led product for consumer banking at Blend and held senior product roles at global financial institutions. An inventor on multiple U.S. patents, Mr. Nagla blends technical depth with strategic vision to drive product-led growth.

Evangelos Perros

Chief Financial Officer

With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Evangelos holds responsibility for all financial functions at Pagaya, including Investor Relations, Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior to joining Pagaya, he was a Managing Director at JP Morgan Chase, where he served in leadership positions in finance and investment banking, and most recently was a Managing Director and Head of Business Planning & Analysis at Apollo Global Management.

Oren Setter

Chief Technology Officer

With decades of experience at the intersection of technology, strategy, and operations, Oren is Pagaya’s Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the research and technology teams at the Company. He previously led various research and development groups within Israel's defense establishment and later served as Head of the Strategic Planning Division for the IDF. He is also a graduate of the elite Talpiot Program, holds a PhD in Operations Research, and recently became a Senior Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School’s Belfer Center.

Rajinder (Raj) Singh

Chief Risk Officer

Raj has 25+ years of experience in global banking & financial services with a deep background in risk management, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Raj joined Pagaya as Chief Risk Officer in 2024. In this role, he is responsible for managing all aspects of risk and for ensuring profitable & responsible growth at the Company. Prior to joining Pagaya, he held senior leadership roles at NewRez/Caliber, Genworth Financial, Citigroup, GMAC/Ally, GE Capital, and US Bank. He also serves on the boards of Sagen Canada, India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, and the Appalachian Trail Conservancy.

Eric Watson

Chief Legal Officer

Eric Watson joined Pagaya as Chief Legal Officer in 2023. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company's legal department and activities. Prior to joining Pagaya, Eric served as the General Counsel and Secretary of Doma from July 2019 to April 2023. At Doma, Eric was responsible for the legal, compliance, risk, claims, internal audit and government relations functions. He previously served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Mosaic, a specialty finance company, from July 2016 until July 2019. At Mosaic, Eric helped launch their securitization program and was instrumental in developing new consumer products. Eric also held senior roles at Mosaic, SoFi and Navient Corporation. He began his legal career at Skadden and then Sallie Mae. Eric received his B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University and his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
