Prior to joining Pagaya's investor relations team in 2024, Craig was an equity research associate at Wells Fargo Securities covering consumer internet. Additionally, Craig spent time on the investment team at Graticule Asset Management Asia where he focused on global crossover and public equity investments across the technology space. He graduated from Colgate University with a BA in Economics.

Prior to joining Pagaya in 2026, Emily worked in communications across financial services spanning Visa, NerdWallet and FIS, with a dedicated focus on product and innovation comms. Her strategic approach is informed by an early career in the newsrooms of CBS News, ABC News, CNN, Newsweek and TheStreet. She is a graduate of Cornell University.
