Head of Investor Relations
Jency John

Jency John is the VP of Investor Relations at Pagaya. Prior to joining Pagaya in 2022, she served as the Global Director of Investor Relations at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Finance Manager at Unilever, and AVP at Bank of America. She has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Cory Stavis

Bringing over 7 years of experience in the financial industry, Cory Stavis is responsible for spearheading strategic business development and investor relations initiatives. Prior to joining Pagaya in 2021, Cory held similar roles at Green Street Advisors, Markets Group, and M&T Bank.

Emily Passer
Head of Corporate Communications and Media Relations
Emily Passer

With extensive expertise in communications and public relations, Emily oversees PR, corporate communications and media relations for Pagaya. She joined in 2022 from NBCUniversal where she served as VP of communications for NBCU News Group, managing the company’s PR efforts for its entire suite of digital properties. Emily has also held PR roles at Atlantic Media and the Financial Times.
